DERMAL MENDER KIT: Carried by medics to instantly heal wounds in battle. Specific instructions are supplied with each kit. They cannot be used to reverse the effects of a head shot, Guppy Bomb, CS-40 charge, Grizwald Grenade, Seeker Rounds or any other type of explosive booby trap. (Dead is Dead!!) Once a Demo person disarms a GRIZWALD GRENADES can they use it? Yes. Why would you not be able to use it if you were able to disarm it and pick it up?Can a Dermal Mender Kit heal a player that die from the use of a Stim Pack? Dead is dead. UPDATE!
FROM:
CS-40: Plastique with high blast range and incendiary capability at approximately 2500 Centigrade. Timer acts as detonation device. Must be placed, not tossed. Without a timer it’s just 4 sticks of putty… Blast RADIUS is 25ft. Takes down buildings and all structures, eliminates ALL players within range. 1 time use. Referee needs to observe. Ref will recycle timer to base.

Will the reavers collected tanks be stockpiled or removed from play? Specifically, will we have an opportunity to over run their base and collect any cylinders they have found?
Also, I am assuming that a PAX canister cannot be destroied with a paintball? (the cylinders are assumed 'bullet-proof' to our small arms fire)

the canisters are able to be destroyed it is the resonsibilty of the independants co to know how to destroy the canisters.
If in the unlikely case youll over run the reavers base youll are able to take props i think. This would be a normal scenario situation.

Normally props are not allowed off the field until they are being scored.

Also, if a cylinder is vented is that considered destroyed (point for the browncoats) or is it just lost (no points for either team?)

from my understanding venting a canister will destroy anyone around it. That would not be destroying the canister.
