There are so many Thank You's that we didn't know where to begin, but here we go:
1. Thanks to everybody who attended the Reindeer Revolt 2! Without your support, we couldn’t keep doing this for you all. The sportsmanship was fantastic, the game hard fought, and the smiles on your faces tell us we must be doing something right!
2. Those smiling faces at the end of the day keep us thinking outside the box to plan our next event every time we see those smiling faces,it lets us know we’re doing something right.
3. Jim Hensley, without you there wouldn’t even be a Darkhorse Scenarios Productions. You believed enough to give us a chance, you and the crew put beacoup work into Zone North once again, and in the last 6 months have totally changed the entire look of the field. We’re proud to have the opportunity to work with you Jim, and look forward to some great events at Zone North in 2010!
4. Seven…What can we say? You did a great job once again for us. Working with new referees that have never reffed for us before, and the veterans. You did another awesome job.
5. TO THOSE WHO CAME OUT TO HELP REF! Great job guys, you ALL did a great job, and we appreciate your help more than you know! Those who helped where NON-PROFIT PAINTERS, TEAM LOYALTY, FOXTROT, JOSHUA KAIN & CHASE BRUNN. Thank you guys very much!
6. Our sponsors: Smokin’ Paintball, PPS, Hammerhead, Designer Paintball, The Pirates Cove, Proedge Paintball, Tanks Paintball Park, and of course The Graphics and Sign Company. We here at DHS want all of you to know how much we appreciate the support that you have given not only to us, but to the players who attend our events. Your generosity to the players is deeply appreciated, and we are proud to have you all on our little bandwagon!
7. OUR GENERALS: You both did an amazing job as generals. You took all the extra stuff we threw into the game and ran with it all and it all turned out just great. You welcomed the Young Guns and made them an important part of the game and for that we Thank You both! You fought hard all the way to the end against each other and it was a close game in the scoring, and when the scores were announced you both stood side by side with fingers crossed, and it was amazing to see the sportsmanship between you!
a. RIVER: You did an amazing job with everything. We have heard nothing but compliments and praise for all that you did for this game. You are a great asset to the Scenario Paintball world and we look forward to seeing at many more events, and not just DHS events. Congratulations on the Base Decorating Contest, it was amazing to her the compliments of how you planned it all out.
b. BUNNY: You also did an amazing job with everything. We have heard so many good comments. You really planned and asked many questions and did a great job. You too are another great asset to the Scenario Paintball world and we look forward to seeing you at many more events, and not just DHS events. Congratulations on winning the game.
8. OUR NPC PLAYERS:
a. FATHER TIME: Rev Splatter, thank you for stepping up to take on this role to replace Runningman. You did a great job playing Father Time and played your role just they way we asked.
b. SANTA CLAUS: Dragon, thank you for once again stepping and helping to make our game work with playing your role. It is always a pleasure to know someone enjoys playing those type of roles for scenario producers, and that you will enhance that role with what ever means you can. It’s was a great honor to have play the role of Santa Claus for us.
c. MRS. CLAUS: Pam Thank you for playing along side your husband and pulling the game along for us. You were a great asset to our story line.
d. GRANDMA: Barbara thank you for playing Grandma and sticking it out to the end. We didn’t think we had Grandma’s house in the line fire as much as we did, so it wasn’t that everyone was mad at Grandma this year, it was a slight oversight in our planning. Thanks for being such a great sport about it.
e. MOTHER NATURE: Veronica it was great to see you out on the field taking part in a game that you contributed so much to. You did a great job and played your role like the seasoned veteran to the game that you are, even if it was your first NPC Role. Thank you for allowing us to have the story line you wrote, without you this game would not have been as much fun for everyone!
f. JIMMY HOOFA: Tom you did a great job for your first ROLE PLAYER game, you did an awesome job and we look forward to having you play more for us.
g. BUBBA BODEEN: Donutz, you were awesome, you played your role and did everything that we asked and being your first ROLE PLAYER game, you were awesome, and we look forward to having you play more roles.
h. ABOMINABLE SNOWMAN: Bubba, you were awesome, the stories of the Abominable Snowman were many. You did a good job at playing your role and at the end of the day, your white jump suit wasn’t white no more. And your momma says she’s sorry, but she had to get you again!
9. HAZMAT & BUDDHA: Thank you two so much for that Secret Mission I planned. It turned out exactly how I hoped it would! NOW? Will you be my protectors for pay backs?
10. To TXR Paintball, thanks for the use of the sleighs from RR1! They really saw a lot of use, and the players had a ball with them! Trips, thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to deliver them for us out to Zone North. Muchly appreciated bro!
11. TO ALL THE YOUNG GUNS: Thank you all so much for being a part in our games. We hope that you all enjoy paintball and playing the scenario games and hope to pass the baton to you all to keep Scenario Paintball Alive in the future!
12. PARENTS: If you have a young gun player that has any suggestions or if there is something they would like in future games, Darkhorse Scenarios would greatly appreciate hearing those. We want to make sure that Young Guns have plenty to keep them happy and involved in our games!
13. To everyone else and for those we may have missed, thank you all so very much for taking the time to step into our world for a day once again! Your continued support is very greatly appreciated by us all!
