The weather is forecasting to be hot, 98-99 with a Heat Index of over 105. This means that the following will be an added rule for all players on the field: Each Player SHALL have a device for carrying water on the field with them. Not just access to water, not frequent breaks, but actual water. If you are caught on the field without a bottle of water, camel pack, hydration pack, baggie, cup......(get the point) you will be asked to go off field and obtain a container of your choosing. PLEASE take notice that the heat will creep up on you and therefore that is why we are implementing this rule for this game. If we continue to have to ask you to go off field, then the field refs will bring that information to me. With the backing of DHS, I may require an hour break before allowing you back on field. Please, this is for your safety and shouldnt get there.
DHS has always been placed priority on the safety of each player, this is no different.
Thank you - CaptMaverick OUT!

One way to ensure this is to leave one of your pods OUT of your pack and replace that pod with a bottle of water.
Another key point to cover is that because of this issue, you MUST keep an eye on the color of your liquid waste. If it is clear it is okay, your hydration level is fine, however if it gets darker and darker as the day goes on, you MUST STOP PLAYING AND REST AND RE-HYDRATE YOUR BODY!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone has any questions as to what Heat Stroke can do to you, just ask me, and I'll be glad to share some stories with you.
